Class Timetable

If you are completely new to Pilates I would advise starting with a level 1 class. If you have done Pilates before or you take part in other forms of exercise, then go for an level 2 class. I do tailor exercises to whoever is in the room, taking into account ability and any injuries or limitations, so any of my classes are suitable for anyone if you can't make a beginners class.
